Return Policy

We will happily accept your return for store credit only. 
We have a 30 day return policy, this means after receiving it you have 30 days to request a return. 
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging if applicable. You’ll also need to provide your order number. 
To start a return, you can contact us at support@dreamdiscipline.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. 
Customer is responsible for return postage.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returned items must be received within 30 days of contacting Dream Discipline to return. Once your item is received by Dream Discipline an email will be sent to you with a store credit e-gift card. 
Shipping costs paid by customer do not count toward store credit- only the amount paid for the returned item(s).

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do not do exchanges because of inventory always changing and sizes / styles selling out. The best way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item if it’s in stock  
Refunds
No refunds. You may return items that are returnable for in store credit only.
