Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking information if you have any questions or issues. You, the customer, are responsible for entering the correct shipping address when ordering from Dream Discipline. If you enter the incorrect address, Dream Discipline is not responsible for packages sent to the incorrect address that was entered.
